Multiple Fire Departments Battle House Fire on Old Irondale Road

A burning building, with leaping flames and billowing clouds of smoke.
(Irondale/Bismarck) Several fire departments battled a house fire today in rural St. Francois County.
The Bismarck Fire Department received the initial call at about 10:30 this morning.
That’s according to Fire Chief John Colwell.
Fires in the home seem to happen more frequently in the winter time.
Chief Colwell provides these tips to lessen the threat of a house fire.
Today’s house fire in St. Francois County took place on Old Irondale Road, between ‘B-B’ Highway and Redwood Lane.
