Munoz Hired to be Next Principal at Festus Middle School

(Festus) The Festus School Board of Education voted unanimously last Thursday night to hire Jacob Munoz to be the next principal of Festus Middle School.
Munoz is currently the Assistant Principal at the middle school. He says he’s very excited to take on the principal role.
We asked Munoz how next year will be different as principal compared to being assistant principal.
Munoz will take over the role as Principal of Festus Middle School beginning July 1st.
Current Principal Joe Willis will be leaving the Festus School District on June 30th.
Willis was hired to be the next Assistant Superintendent of the Dunklin School District.
