New administrative hires at Hillsboro schools

(Hillsboro) The Hillsboro R-3 School District will have five new administrators taking the reigns in principal roles next school year. The changes will fill the positions of three administrators who are retiring. Those retiring from administration positions are: Heath Allison, Scott Readnour and Jim Ramsay. Meanwhile, Food Service Director Kim Jackson is retiring and so is Debbie Spiller, the district’s Transportation director. In regards to the building administrators, Hillsboro Superintendent Jon Isaacson says one new promotion is within the district while another hire is coming from out of state.

Also, Isaacson says two hires are from the Jefferson County area and another is from the Mehlville district.

In regards to filling the jobs of Food Service and Transportation, the board is merging those positions into a new job title of “Senior Director of Transportation, Facilities, and Operations”. The position is posted online with a starting salary of $93, 730.
