New Arnold Parks and Recreation and Public Works Buildings in the Construction Phase

(Arnold) Construction of two new buildings for the Arnold’s Parks and Recreation and Public Works departments are underway.

City council voted in favor back in May to have Franklin County Construction of New Haven to build the two structures for more than $1.2 million.

The two buildings will be built on city property along Arnold Tenbrook Road.

Judy Wagner is the Arnold Public Works Director. She says there will be a lot of benefits to having a new work space for public works.

For the Parks and Recreation Department, this also means additional space for daily operations.

Construction of the public works and parks and recreation buildings is expected to be completed by the end of the year, weather pending.
