New Coronavirus Cases & Deaths Not Slowing Down for Missouri

(Farmington) Missouri’s COVID-19 cases are up by more than a thousand in the past 24 hours.

The state Department of Health and Senior Services says Missouri now has 34,762 confirmed coronavirus cases, an increase of 1,138 from Monday.

Director Randall Williams will brief capitol reporters Wednesday in Jefferson City.

Williams is urging residents to wear a mask, practice social distancing and to wash hands frequently.

The D.H.S.S. says there have been 1,143 coronavirus deaths in Missouri so far.
