New Festus Parks Superintendent is ready for spring

(Festus) The new Festus City Parks Superintendent has been working hard to get things in order for what could be a busy spring and summer with outdoor events and use of the parks. Josh Whaley says he’s got the house in order since taking on that position in 2020.
