(FESTUS) Easton Null returns for his senior year and teams up with new head coach Sean Breeze to try and lead the Jefferson Blue Jays boys basketball team to great things this season.

Null averaged just shy of 20 points-per-game last year while also leading the Jays in assists and made 3’s, landing him the Most Valuable Player Award in the JCAA Conference and a spot on the Dream Team. With Breeze’s time as the Crystal City head coach, he was very aware of Easton and what makes him great.

Now that he gets to coach him, Breeze has noticed even more so just how good Easton is.

Beyond Easton Null are guys like Jon Weik, Jacob Bridges, Daniel McWhorter, Cole Holdinghausen, and Hayden Wagner. Breeze says they’re a special group.

Jefferson tips off its season at with a 1st round game against Herculaneum in the Rolla Duke Herbert Tournament on Monday. You can catch the game beginning at 6:15 on J98.
