Newly Approved Mask Ordinance Begins Friday in Rolla

(Rolla) There is a new mask mandate and capacity limits after a 9 to 3 vote by the Rolla City Council.

Masks will be required in all public places and large venues will be limited to 25-percent capacity at the county seat in Phelps County.

A county commissioner says 200-thousand masks are available for small businesses.

The changes in Rolla begin Friday and are set to expire February 2nd.
