(Farmington) Not much of a change at all as far as the drought is concerned in southeast Missouri.
The U.S. Drought Monitor Map, released Thursday, continues to show severe drought in nearly all of Washington and Iron counties, along with northeastern Reynolds, the southeastern edge of Crawford County and the western slivers of Madison and St. Francois counties.
Moderate drought conditons are in most other parts of the listening area.
There are abnormally dry conditions being seen in western Dent and Crawford counties and northeastern Jefferson County.
