North County Boys and Ste. Gen Girls Earn Top Seeds in MAAA Basketball Tournament

(Farmington) The brackets for this year’s MAAA basketball tournaments have been released.

On the boys’ side, it was North County who took the #1 seed followed by Ste. Genevieve at #2, Farmington at #3 and Central at #4.

On the girls’ side, Ste. Genevieve earned the #1 seed followed by North County at #2, Central at #3, and West County at #4.

The MAAA Conference Tournament begins on Saturday with the girls playing at Central and the boys playing at Farmington.

We will have coverage of the winner’s bracket beginning on Monday at Mineral Area College in Park Hills.
