North County Girls Basketball Hosts West County on Second Night of Back to Back on the SportStream

(Boone Terre) The schedule gantlet continues for area girls basketball squads as North County hosts West County tonight on the MyMoInfo SportStream. The Bulldogs beat the Valle Catholic Warriors last night 69-17 to improve to 14-2 on the season. Star senior Dori McRaven piled up 29 points in the victory. Head coach Bobby Simily knows how difficult this North County team is and welcomes a challenge.

North County lost to Ste. Genevieve last night and took down the Central Rebels last week. Kam Winch posted 34 points for the Raiders in the two games and will be a factor in this game. Sitting with a 12-3 record they face a tough Bulldog team that knows how to score the ball. The Raiders have been able to play with anyone this season and can mix up the style of the play to make it difficult on their opponent. Head coach Joe Arnold said his team is playing hard and the back to back creates some game plan difficulties with no time to prepare. It compounds when the first game is such a hard-fought loss.
