The return to school for the North County school district required copious preparation on several fronts. The school board had to set new policies with administration putting those in motion. Faculty prepared in person and online curriculum and other staff members readied the schools’ infrastructure…

That’s North County superintendent Dr. Jeff Levy who says transportation also had to be modified…

The initial plan was to require masks to be worn at school, but the school board dropped that condition off of the their yellow plan and will instead just encourage the wearing of masks.
Farmington also begins classes on Tuesday.
