North County Students/Staff Support West County

(Bonne Terre) Students and staff at North County High School in Bonne Terre took some time this week to show it’s support for the West County School District, which is still hurting following the death of one of their students this past weekend. North County High School Principal Doctor Ryan Long says they knew Katlynn Newhouse well.

Long says they held a dodge ball game this week to help raise money for the family of Katlynn Newhouse. We asked him if they allowed the students to toss some dodge balls at the faculty.

Long says they raised $800 through the dodge ball game. That money will go to the family of Newhouse, to use however necessary.
