North County’s Smith named Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week

(Bonne Terre) There’s a burgeoning new football talent on the roster of the North County Raiders.
Raiders junior Jobe Smith is the Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week.
Smith piled up 277 yards rushing in North County’s 35-12 win over Farmington Friday night, the first win in the rivalry for the Raiders in 7 years.
Smith scored on rushing and punt return touchdowns.
North County head coach Brian Jones says Smith has taken his game to another level because he’s done the same for his body.
Smith finished with over 400 all-purpose yards.
As Athlete of the Week, he receives a T-shirt, a certificate and a coupon for a free entree at Applebee’s in Farmington.
