Northwest High School Teacher Nominated by local VFW

(House Springs) A Northwest high School art teacher was nominated by the Big River VFW post 5331 in Cedar Hill for the VFW National Citizenship Education Teacher program award.
Superintendent Dr. Desi Kirchhofer says Fawn Ruch was the educator nominated.
Fawn won first place in the VFW’s District 8.
Her nomination has now been sent to the state level, and if she wins there, she’ll go on to the national level.
