(Cedar Hill, Mo.) It’s difficult to call the final season for Northwest wrestler Chase Stegall anything other than historic. The Lion senior went undefeated, won a state championship, and is once again a member of the Regional Radio Dream Team. Stegall says it’s thrilling to check every box off his senior-season list.

At 220 pounds in Class 4, Stegall was named the Suburban Conference Wrestler of the Year during his 41-0 campaign, becoming one of many Northwest wrestlers to make it to the state tournament. Stegall says setting an example for the rest of the Lion program was one of his goals.

Stegall wraps one of the most dominant wrestling careers to ever go through Cedar Hill, and he has plenty of people to thank.

Stegall finishes his career with all-state honors in all 4 seasons.
