One Injured in Two Vehicle Accident in Jefferson County

One person was injured in a two vehicle crash in Jefferson County late on Monday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol a 2014 Chrysler 300 driven by 37-year-old Christopher Fodge of St. Louis was driving west on Richardson Road when he crossed over the center line and into the path of a 2013 Ford F-150 driven by 37-year-old Christopher Fenton of Imperial.

Fodge was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South with serious injuries. Fenton was not injured in the accident.

The accident happened around 10:40 on Monday night.
