Owner of Three Farmington Restaurants Talks Changes because of Pandemic

(Farmington) Local restaurants have taken a big hit to their profits while also making changes to ensure the saftey of their guests.

Chip Peterson is a local business owner in Farmington and he says they’ve had to make some changes at QDOBA to compete with food delivery services.

Peterson also owns CiCi’s in Farmington and says going there will feel much different now.

He also says restaurants are having a tough time even getting their restaurants to 50% capacity.

Peterson is also a co-owner of Steak n Shake in Farmington.
