Patrons of Ste. Genevieve School District Can Vote in April Election on Proposition S.G.

(Ste. Genevieve) Voters in the Ste. Genevieve School District can vote on more than just a contested school board race in April.

The Board of Education has decided to put Proposition S.G. on the ballot.

It’s a no tax increase 20-million dollar bond referendum.

Bailey Otto is the communications director at the school district.

But that’s not all that would be improved in the Ste. Gen School District if this issue receives approval…part of the middle school would be receiving a face lift.

Prop S.G. would need a 4/7 majority of yes votes in order for official passage.

The election is scheduled for Tuesday, April 5th.
