Perryville Man Arrested in Perry County on Three Child Porn Felonies

(Perryville) A man from Perryville is facing three Class B felonies after being arrested Wednesday afternoon in Perry County.

According to a news release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 24-year-old Timothy Kratochvil has already been released from the Perry County jail after posting a 50-thousand dollar bond.

He’s facing three counts of possession of child pornography – the second subsequent offense or possession of 20 pictures from one film or video tape.

Bond conditions for Kratochvil says he should have no unsupervised contact with minors and he is not allowed to use social media.

As of right now, no initial court date has been set in Perry County court for Kratochvil.
