Perryville Man Faces Child Pornography Charges

(Perryville) A Perryville man has been arrested on charges of promoting and possession of child pornography.
According to the highway patrol, 37 year old Cody Christopher French was arrested on Tuesday following an investigation by the digital forensics investigative unit of the Division of Drug and Crime Control and the Missouri Digital Forensic Center.
Following a search of his home, French was charged with four counts of promoting child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
He is in custody at the Perry County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
