Perryville School Board Appoints Student Board of Education Representative

The Perryville School Board of Education has an unofficial new member who will represent the student body. Junior Blake Bodendick was appointed as the Perryville Student Board of Education Representative. Superintendent Fara Jones tells us about this position.

In other Perryville school news, attendance rates for each level of school have been released. Career Center students lead the way at 94.25-percent and Perry County Elementary School students are in class 92.8-percent of the time. Primary school students have an attendance rate of 89.32-percent followed by the middle school at 86.11-percent and then the high school with an 84.35-percent attendance rate.
