Perryville Soccer Coach Jerry Fulton Named Dream Team Coach Of The Year

(Perryville) After guiding his team to a 23-4 record and a State runner-up finish in Class 2, Perryville boys soccer coach Jerry Fulton was named the Regional Radio Dream Team Coach of the Year.

It’s not the fist time Fulton has been given this honor by the area coaches but he is very appreciative of nevertheless.

Fulton says the most impressed he was with his team this season was during the state semifinal against Excelsior Springs.

There were six seniors on the Perryville team this year and three made the Dream Team: Ty Baudendistel, Dillon Schlimpert and Player of the Year Dayton Strattman.

Fulton tells us what he’ll remember the most about this group of seniors.
