Pevely plans a study of stormwater improvements

(Pevely) After the citizens of Pevely voted to approve Question No. S and P during this month’s election, the city is moving forward with plans to make those improvements. The sales tax increase will build funds to be used only for stormwater and park improvements. Pevely City Administrator Nathan Schauf says they will begin by conducting a study to see where the greatest needs are with stormwater infrastructure.

The city will also take public suggestions and recommendations for park improvements as well. The sales tax increase in Pevely will begin to take effect in October of this year.
