(Pevely) Residents that live in the city limits of Pevely will see Prop S&P on the April election ballot. Pevely City Administrator Nathan Schauf says this proposition is a sales tax increase to help with stormwater improvements and parks.

Shauf says the passage of the proposition will update the stormwater system.

Prop S&P will need a simple majority to pass on April 6th. Currently, the sales tax rate in Pevely is 8.35 percent, and it would raise it to 8.85.
