Piedmont Woman Injured in Wayne County Crash

(Piedmont) A 23-year-old woman suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident this Friday morning.

The Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on route double “H”, 3 miles south of Piedmont.

Wayne County resident Sarah Besher traveled off the left side of the roadway in her 07 Ford Fusion and struck a guy wire.

Besher was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Besher was not wearing a seat belt.
