Pilot Knob Receives Funding for New Police Vehicle from U.S.D.A. Rural Development

(Pilot Knob) U.S.D.A. Rural Development of Missouri has announced funding awarded to the City of Pilot Knob.

This investment will be used to purchase a vehicle for the Pilot Knob Police Department.

The new vehicle will replace an older vehicle that has recently caused the town a financial headache with breakdowns and repairs.

U.S.D.A. Rural Development says with this funding, Pilot Knob will now be able to utilize funds previously set aside to keep the old vehicle on the city streets which can now be used for upkeep in other projects that can benefit the town and it’s residents.

In all, the City of Pilot Knob received $32,500 for the new police vehicle.
