Plans For The New Learning Center And A Singing Butcher Shop Among Updates At The Steelville City Council Meeting

(Steelville) The city of Steelville and its school district will have a new learning center in the community building, hopefully by the end of the calendar year. Mayor Terry Beckham provides an update.

In other news from the council meeting this past Monday, Mayor Beckham says a pop-up singing butcher shop will make its way to Steelville a few times a week.

Mayor Beckham says a cook-off will happen in town next Saturday, July 30th.

The city also wrote a $25,000 check to the Steelville Mountain Bike Collective to start construction on a new trail. The next city council meeting is scheduled for August 1st.
