Plant Disease Hurting Crops This Summer

(Jefferson County) After a wet spring, crops in southeast Missouri this summer are more susceptible to plant disease. Debi Kelly is a horticulture specialist with the University of Missouri Extension in Jefferson County. She tells us what kind of things can lead to these diseases.

To prevent plant disease, follow good sanitation practices, fertilize, rotate crops, and water your plants in the morning.
