Potosi Board of Education Says Goodbye To Long-Time Member

(Potosi) The Potosi School Board reorganized Tuesday night for the first time after the April 4th board of education election.

Superintendent Alex McCaul says they welcomed in a new board member and said goodbye to Jenny Allen.

A couple of students were recognized at the Potosi School Board meeting.

In other news from this week’s Potosi School Board meeting, Community Teachers Association essay award winners were recognized, the Career Ladder program for teachers was approved for next school year and it was announced the Potosi School District won the Gary Van Meter Award for Risk Management Excellence presented at the MUSIC Council which is the insurance group for most Missouri schools.
