Potosi Class of 2022 to Receive Diplomas Friday Night

(Potosi) The Potosi Class of 2022 will receive their diplomas Friday night.

This year’s top student is Tyler Akers.

He shares an interesting story from a while back that actually got him thinking about the possibility of becoming the valedictorian.

Two students tied for second in class rankings, so there are co-salutatorians at Potosi this year.

Carley Hampton is one of those students.

The other co-salutatorian at Potosi is Lexy Wilson.

She was president of the student council.

These three students and the rest of the Potosi graduating class will receive their diplomas starting at 8 o’clock Friday night on the Trojan football field in Potosi.

Following commencement, the graduates will head to the Farmington Civic Center for Project Graduation.
