Potosi Man Arrested for Child Sex Trafficking in Washington County

(Potosi) A man from Potosi is now facing four counts of first degree child sex trafficking and four counts of first degree child molestation in Washington County.

A news release from the Washington County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office says 38-year-old Vincent S. Price Jr. was charged in court on Friday.

The complaint alleges that between October 1st 2019 and February 16th 2021, Price, on four separate occasions, directed two unidentified minor females, to hold down a boy less that 12-years-old, on a bed and then take turns touching the victims private parts all while Price watched.

Prosecuting Attorney John Jones IV, in the news release, said “The sexualization of children we say today is out of control and completely unacceptable.

My office will do everything in its power to bring every child sex trafficker in Washington County to justice.

The first step is prosecuting the cases we know about but we need the public’s help indentifying victims who are presently being hidden from law enforcement.”

The news release goes on to say if you have any information concerning the identities of the two minor females, call the Potosi Police Department or the office of the Washington County Prosecuting Attorney.
