Potosi Takes Down West County At MAC Rotary Shootout

(PARK HILLS) – The Potosi Trojans downed the West County Bulldogs with a 68-55 win at the 59th Annual MAC Rotary Shootout Saturday afternoon on AM 800 KREI. The Trojans jumped out to an early 16-12 lead in the first quarter with a dunk from Trenton Cain.
Potosi’s Demond Guthrie hit a triple at the buzzer, giving Potosi a 20-point lead going into the half.
Trojans head coach Brett Hale says that Guthrie did a lot for them on the defensive end.
Potosi is now 3-2 on the season, while West County falls to 2-3.
