Potosi Woman Killed This Morning In Traffic Accident

(Potosi) A Potosi woman was killed and two other people were injured in a two vehicle traffic accident this morning on Highway 8 in Washington County.

The highway patrol says a Honda CRV being driven by 40 year old Juston Gray of Potosi was driving east when his vehicle crossed the center line of the road on a curve and hit a Dodge Durango being driven by Bradley Brooks of Steelville.

Ashley Emily of Potosi was killed in the accident.

Brooks sustained moderate injuries as did a 15 year old boy.

The boy was taken to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital.

Brooks was taken to Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan.

The accident happened this morning just before 7:30 west of Edgehill Road.
