Prison Time for Former Greenville City Clerk

(Greenville) The sentence is ten years in prison for the former city clerk of Greenville who was convicted of receiving stolen property.

Pamela Birmingham was also ordered to repay 169-thousand dollars to the city.

State Auditor Nicole Galloway says her office found improperly cashed checks, missing cash and improper payroll and other payments while Birmingham handled the finances for the Wayne County town.
