(Cape Girardeau) The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a public hearing in Cape Girardeau Wednesday, January 15th in an electric rate case filed by Ameren Missouri.

The hearing will be held at the Osage Centre on North Kingshighway and will start at 6 p.m.

Ameren filed an electric rate case last July with the Public Service Commission seeking to decrease annual electric revenues by about 800-thousand dollars.

Formal evidentiary hearings in this case are scheduled for March 2nd through 6th and March 9th through 13th at the Governor Office Building in Jefferson City.
