Rain Doesn’t Stop Desloge from a Successful Labor Day Picnic

(Desloge) Monday was the final day of the Desloge Labor Day Picnic.
Rain was an issue for some of the weekend.
We asked Mayor David Shaw how the picnic went considering it was somewhat of a wet weekend for the four days of fun.
Mayor Shaw says the Labor Day picnic in Desloge always brings in a great crowd.
The Labor Day picnic was hosted by the Desloge Chamber of Commerce.
The chamber is currently having a chamber investor meeting right now.
The next chamber investor meeting will be Tuesday, October 4th from noon until 1 at 204 North Lincoln Street at the chamber’s headquarters in Desloge.
