Randall Wayne “Randy” Skaggs, Sr. of Festus passed away Saturday (8/29), he was 68 years old.
The visitation will be Wednesday (8/2) evening from 4 until 7 at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
A second visitation for Randy Skaggs will be Thursday (8/3) morning from 10 until the time of the funeral service at 11 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Ste. Genevieve. Interment in the Brown Cemetery of St. Mary. Luncheon at Holy Cross after the internment.
