Random Acts Of Kindness Day A Success

(Old Mines) Random Acts of Kindness Day was celebrated on a statewide level on Tuesday. Lela Thompson with the group Shayley’s Angels, based out of Washington County, is the founder of the day. She says it was an amazing success. She says the schools really stepped up on Tuesday.

Thompson says the idea behind this idea behind this day is to draw awareness to suicide and depression.
