Recreation Season Begins This Weekend at Lake Wappapello

(Wappapello) Memorial Day weekend is a busy time for outdoor activities.

One of the entertaining spots in the Show-Me State is Lake Wappapello.

Park Ranger Andrew Jefferson with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says they have a day full of music on Saturday.

It’s no coincidence that this is also Safe Boating Week.

Lake Wappapello is located in southern Wayne County.
