Register For A Deer Hunt At The Farmington Airport

(St. Francois County) The deer population at the Farmington Airport has become an issue, so the city has come up with a solution. Farmington City Administrator Greg Beavers stopped by Regional Radio to talk about an upcoming managed deer hunt.

Beavers says too many deer hanging around the airport is not good for pilots.

Registration for the deer hunt is open Wednesday morning at 9 and closes Friday morning at 9. For more information, contact the Farmington Civic Center at 573-756-0900.
