Rep. David Casteel Pushing A Bill For Higher Restrictions On Trafficking Fentanyl

(JEFFERSON CITY) State Representative David Casteel of High Ridge filed a bill that should help with the growing fentanyl problem across the state. Casteel says ultimately this bill amends the quantities of fentanyl for the offense of trafficking of drugs, in the first and second degree.
House Bill 2576 will be discussed in the Rules and Oversight Committee next Monday when the Missouri Legislative Session reconvenes after spring break this week.
