Representative Dinkins’ Railroad Crossing Safety Bill

(Jefferson City) A local legislator has taken the advice of a constituent and is attempting to get a bill passed for that resident.

State Representative Chris Dinkins of Lesterville says this bill has to do with railroad crossings and would not only make it safer for motorists but also for those who actually work on railroads.

Representative Dinkins explains more.

Dinkins Railroad Safety Bill now awaits to be put on the calendar for a full vote by the House.

It would then need pass through the Missouri Senate before it becomes law.
