Representative Henderson Discusses Supplemental Budget Passed & Sent to Governor

(Jefferson City) The Missouri legislature is sending a 6-billion dollar supplemental budget to Governor Mike Parson.

State Representative Mike Henderson of Desloge says it was a surreal atmosphere at the capitol this week.

The approval of the supplemental budget could mark the end of this regular session which was supposed to run through May 15th.

It’s unclear how much total funding the State could receive because guidance of federal funds won’t be released until next week.
