Representative McGirl Describes House Bill on Election Changes

(Jefferson City) The Missouri House of Representatives is expected to pass a bill this week that would change some things as far as elections are concerned.

State Representative Mike McGirl of Potosi describes part of the bill.

Representative McGirl says there is one more thing the bill would do if it becomes law.
