(Jefferson City) The Missouri House of Representatives passed a bill last week that would hopefully help improve broadband internet service in some rural areas of the state.
State Representative Mike McGirl of Potosi hopes they can do something to help these internet “black holes” in the Show-Me State.
Of course, the State Senate and governor will have to agree with the House bill in order for it to become official.
And time is running out on this year’s regular legislative session in Jefferson City.
The session at the state capitol will officially end next Friday evening at 5 o’clock.
