Representative McGirl Hopes Random Acts of Kindness Bill Passes This Year

(Jefferson City) State Representative Mike McGirl hopes he can get a bill passed this year that didn’t make it all the way through the legislative session last year.
The Potosi lawmaker says he’s doing this for folks who live in his district, the 118th.
Representative McGirl says suicide is a big problem in his two counties of Washington and Jefferson.
Random Acts of Kindness Day has already been approved by the Washington County Commission as an official holiday in Washington County.
This year will be the fourth year for Random Acts of Kindness Day in the county.
