Representative McGirl Leads House Ways & Means Committee Again This Year

(Jefferson City) State Representative Mike McGirl will once again lead the House Ways and Means Committee this year.

The lawmaker from Potosi says they have already held their first committee hearing and the topic was personal property taxes.

McGirl also tells us about a couple more bills that should be debated this year in the House Ways and Means Committee.

Representative McGirl will also serve this year on the Financial Institutions, Higher Education and the Rules committees.

McGirl’s 118th House District represents portions of Washington and Franklin counties.
