Representative McGirl’s Bill to Help Special Hillsboro Road District Sees Movement

(Hillsboro) State Representative Mike McGirl of Potosi has already seen movement on his bill that would help out a special road district in Hillsboro.

McGirl says he’s trying a legislative maneuver that would avoid any changes in his bills’ original language.
