Representative Wright Concerned about Massive Overpayment of Unemployment

(Jefferson City) State legislators are still trying to figure out how 46-thousand Missourians received over-payments in unemployment benefits last year.

State Representative Dale Wright of Farmington wants it corrected before the State receives another stimulus payment for those same benefits.

A bill to forgive 75-percent of the unemployment over-payment is in the Missouri Senate being debated this week.
